Giving birth in Korea?

If you give birth to your child in Korea, the child can stay in Korea for up to 30days without having to go through any Immigration procedures.

.. However, if the child is to stay longer than 30 days, the parents are required to report the birth to a local or district Immigration office within 30 days from the date of birth of the child to have their child granted the status of stay.
