A pure and indigenous Gyeryong Mulyeot is produced by a traditional secret process using clean water and fresh rice harvested in Gyeryongsan (Mt.). Through cooperation between farmers and academic colleagues for the past 70 years, the taste of Gyeryong Mulyeot always is being improved.
